Order Placement and Contract Formation

Order Acceptance and Stock Availability: All orders placed on this website are subject to product availability and formal acceptance by the Company. Receipt of an automated order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance; such email merely acknowledges that we have received your order request.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order (for operational reasons, including but not limited to inaccurate inventory data, pricing errors, or potential fraud risks detected by payment systems). If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method.

Order Fulfillment, Delivery, and Carrier Standards

Service Areas: Cushlino primarily fulfills orders and delivers to customers located in specific European regions and designated international areas.

Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days; actual delivery time depends largely on the destination’s geographic location, customs clearance processes, and local logistics efficiency.

Logistics Partners: To ensure shipping safety and timeliness, all orders are delivered via reputable international priority courier services (including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent professional priority services). * Shipment Tracking Transparency: Once your package has been scanned at our fulfillment center, we will provide detailed tracking information via email. Subsequent updates will cover key milestones such as dispatch, international transit, and final delivery.

Handling Delivery Exceptions: In the rare event that delivery time significantly exceeds the estimated timeframe, we will initiate an internal investigation with the relevant carrier. Based on the findings of the investigation, we will provide appropriate solutions, which may include prioritizing a reshipment or making financial adjustments.

Transfer of Risk and Ownership

The Company bears full responsibility for the goods (including risks during transit) until they are successfully delivered to the customer’s designated address. Once the carrier confirms delivery, both ownership of the goods and the risk of loss transfer entirely to the customer.

Order Modification and Cancellation

Our fulfillment network utilizes highly automated processes to ensure efficient order processing and shipping coordination. Customers may request to cancel an order before it enters the actual fulfillment, packing, or shipping stage. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or been handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

Right of Return and Return Policy (EU/EEA)

14-Day Statutory Right: In strict compliance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase (return the item) within 14 calendar days of actual delivery.

Return Authorization: To exercise this right, customers must submit a formal return request via our official email (throw@cushlino.com) within the 14-day period, providing the relevant order number and details.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition—unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged—and retain all original product packaging and tags.

Return Shipping Costs: Under consumer regulations, customers bear the full cost of return shipping when exercising the 14-day “no-reason” return right; however, this does not apply if the return is due to a verified product defect or an error on our part during fulfillment.

Handling Non-Conforming and Defective Products

Reporting Process: If a product arrives damaged or does not match the ordered specifications, customers must notify our customer support team via email (throw@cushlino.com) within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the defect and packaging as evidence.

Assessment and Resolution: Once our internal quality assurance team verifies the issue, we will approve an appropriate resolution, such as a free replacement or a partial/full refund. We do not charge customers any administrative fees for approved resolutions.

Secure Payment Mechanisms

All financial transactions are processed through integrated and encrypted third-party payment service providers (including Stripe). All transaction data is handled using industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and fully complies with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
