Shipping and Delivery Overview
Orders are shipped to designated European destinations with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country and local logistics processing. All shipments are handled by reputable international priority courier services (including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and equivalent priority providers). Once an order has shipped, full tracking information will be automatically sent to the customer’s email address.
In the event of significant shipping delays (exceeding standard timeframes) or official confirmation from the carrier that the shipment has been lost in transit, SECRET FURNISHING PTE. LTD. accepts full responsibility and will immediately provide the customer with a full refund or a free priority replacement.
Right of Return (14-Day Return Policy)
In accordance with international consumer protection regulations, customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to return items (right of withdrawal) within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you may request a return and receive a full refund without providing a specific reason.
Conditions: To exercise the right of return, items must be unused, unaltered, in their original condition upon receipt, and in their original packaging.
