All orders are processed and shipped directly from our regional hub in Singapore:

Delivery Coverage
Orders can be delivered to designated destinations within Europe. Please note that the availability of specific delivery services may depend on local carrier coverage and regional conditions.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery time to European destinations is 5 to 12 business days. This timeframe begins after order processing is complete and covers the following stages:
Order dispatch and export customs clearance
International transport via premium air express services
Local delivery service in the destination country

To ensure reliable and secure delivery, all shipments are transported via reputable international priority express services, including:

We select the optimal carrier based on the destination and current shipping route conditions to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Order Tracking
End-to-end tracking is provided for every order. Once the order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a tracking link to the email address provided at checkout.

We are committed to delivering your order on time. If your order delivery exceeds the standard 12-business-day timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will immediately initiate an urgent inquiry with the carrier. In the event of significant delays caused by shipping issues (beyond the standard timeframe), we will provide a full refund or a free reshipment to protect your consumer rights.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost in transit or remains undelivered within a reasonable timeframe, SECRET FURNISHING PTE. LTD. assumes full responsibility. Upon verifying the tracking status, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a priority reshipment of the goods (at no additional cost to you). Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid delivery information when placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in customs clearance delays, affect delivery times, or lead to delivery failure. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipment fee may apply.
