Orders and Contract Formation
- Acceptance and Stock Availability: All orders placed on this website are subject to product availability and formal acceptance by the Company. Receipt of an automatically generated order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance; such email merely acknowledges that we have received your order request.
- Right of Refusal: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order (for operational reasons, including but not limited to inaccurate inventory data, pricing errors, or potential fraud risks detected by payment systems). If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method.
Order Fulfillment, Delivery, and Carrier Standards
- Service Areas: Cushlino primarily fulfills orders and ships to customers located in specific European regions and designated international areas.
- Estimated Timeframes: Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days; actual delivery times depend largely on the destination’s geographic location, customs clearance processes, and local logistics efficiency.
- Logistics Partners: To ensure shipping safety and timeliness, all orders are handled via reputable international priority courier services (including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent professional priority services). * Logistics Tracking Transparency: Once your shipment is scanned at our fulfillment center, we will provide detailed tracking information via email. Subsequent updates will cover key milestones such as dispatch, international transit, and final delivery.
- Handling Delivery Exceptions: In the rare event that delivery significantly exceeds the estimated timeframe, we will initiate an internal investigation with the relevant carrier. Based on the investigation’s findings, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include priority reshipment or a financial adjustment.
Transfer of Risk and Ownership
The Company bears full responsibility for the goods (including transit risks) until they are successfully delivered to the customer’s designated address. Once the carrier confirms delivery, ownership and the risk of loss transfer entirely to the customer.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Our fulfillment network utilizes highly automated processes to ensure efficient dispatch coordination. Customers may request to cancel an order before it enters the actual fulfillment, packing, or shipping stage. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or been handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy (EU/EEA)
- 14-Day Statutory Right: In strict compliance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of the actual delivery date.

- Return Shipping Costs: In accordance with consumer regulations, the customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the 14-day “no-reason” return right; however, this does not apply if the return is due to a verified product defect or an error on our part during fulfillment.
Product Discrepancies and Defect Handling
- Reporting Process: If a product arrives damaged or does not match the ordered specifications, the customer must notify our customer support department via email (
throw@cushlino.com) within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of the defect and packaging as evidence. - Assessment and Resolution: Upon verification of the issue by our internal quality assurance team, we will approve an appropriate resolution, such as a free replacement or a partial/full refund. No administrative processing fees will be charged to the customer for any approved resolution.
Secure Payment Mechanism
All financial transactions are processed via integrated, encrypted third-party payment service providers (including Stripe). All transaction data is processed using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology and fully complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We do not hold or store cardholders’ raw account data.
Intellectual Property Protection
